What are your store return and exchange policies?
Your satisfaction is our utmost goal. Should for some reason, you’re not satisfied, please let us know within 1 week of receiving your order and we will work something out. Custom orders are non-refundable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time is about 1-3 business days, depending on the size of orders and workloads.
Shipping time varies based on the type of products you are ordering.
- Some non-personalized ready-to-ship products are located within the USA, Canada, and UK to ensure faster delivery. We use the standard method (5-7 business days). Handling time is about 1-3 business days on top of shipping time. Should you like to take the one-day or two-day delivery route, please inform us. An additional fee applies.
- Some personalized products will automatically be shipped as Express and this will take about 4-7 business days on average.
- Some products are shipped using regular mail and ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME in general takes between 2 weeks to 4 weeks.
Registered packages may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notification for you with further instructions on how to obtain your package.
Registered airmail service cannot mail to PO BOX addresses. Please provide Non-Po Box address for any orders.
A shipping alternative to a Registered air mail service is the EMS (EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE), which is equivalent to a courier service when comes to the delivery process being reliable and efficient. Delivery takes 3-7 business days with tracking. Depending on the size and the urgency of the order, EMS may offer the most time and cost-effective shipping method. Please contact us should you want to inquire about this option.

Unfortunately, once we drop your package off at the post office, we are no longer in control of the shipping process and thus, will not be able to guarantee that your order will arrive within the time frame. Delays can take place due to holidays, bad weather, or if held by customs.
Customs fees & duties are out of our control and are your responsibility. We will always describe the paid value accurately on the customs form.
